CDR (Centrifuge Dryer) is a modern technological device that combines several production operations into one system. This equipment integrates centrifuging, washing, mixing and vacuum drying of the product in one closed process.

By combining the centrifuge and dryer into one unit, product handling is significantly reduced, increasing production safety and minimising the risk of contamination.

• ground Ra <0,8 μm
• polished Ra <0,2 μm

The CDR work cycle is as follows:

• Filling the drum with suspension
• Centrifuging
• Product rinse on drum and second centrifugation
• Cutting the product on the bottom of the drum
• Raking/grinding and vacuum drying of the product
• Product cooling
• Pneumatic transport of dry product into the storage barrel
