SCVT Vertical centrifuges with top discharge are designed specifically for pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, where high demands are placed on process purity, safety and reproducibility of production.

These pharmaceutical centrifuges allow gentle separation of crystalline products from the mother liquors and their subsequent washing directly in the centrifuge. The design of the plant meets strict requirements for hygienic design and can be designed in accordance with GMP standards.

The equipment can be supplemented with automated systems for CIP/SIP cleaning, inerting or working in ATEX environments.

VPT vacuum product containers are supplied with SCVT centrifuges as an accessory to carry out the transport of the centrifuged product in the centrifuge buoyancy via a closed route. The VPT product vacuum tanks are available in different sizes and material versions, either mobile or fixed, depending on the size of the charge and the type of product to be centrifuged. The product is emptied from the VPT vacuum container into the container without contact with the external environment.
