Our first centrifuge delivered to France

We have just completed the delivery of our first SCH 400/180 SC centrifuge to France - a project that perfectly demonstrates what „custom engineering" means in practice.

This centrifuge is heated by steam to the exact process temperature specified by the customer, which presented one of the main engineering challenges: selecting materials—including the filter media—that could withstand the required temperature, cleaning cycles, and chemical environment. This also required redesigning several parts of the machine and coordinating dozens of technical details with our partner FE by France Evaporation.
Thanks to our fast and precise design team (our chief designer likes to say that we are 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐬) we went from concept to delivery in just six months!

Halfway through the project, the customer faced another challenge:
They needed a special product separator to be installed downstream of the centrifuge. Our team designed it, manufactured it (see photo 👇), and delivered it along with the centrifuge—without delaying the project. The customer decided to supply their own drive, so we recommended the right type and tested the separator with their drive during the FAT. Everything worked perfectly.
This is a great example of how close collaboration, technical flexibility, and quick decision-making can lead to a clean and smooth project completion.
