Dal\u0161\u00edm miln\u00edkem byl v\u00fdvoj strukturovan\u00fdch v\u00fdpln\u00ed nap\u0159. typu Mellapak v sedmdes\u00e1t\u00fdch letech od spole\u010dnosti SULZER. P\u016fvodn\u011b byly koncipov\u00e1ny tak, aby pokr\u00fdvaly m\u00edrn\u00fd rozsah vakua a\u017e do atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9ho tlaku, strukturovan\u00e9 v\u00fdpln\u011b otev\u0159ely nov\u00e9 a nep\u0159edv\u00eddan\u00e9 perspektivy ve v\u0161ech oblastech rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho tepeln\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu hmoty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laboratorn\u00ed a tkaninov\u00e9 v\u00fdpln\u011b typu\u00a0 EX, DX\u00a0 \/ BX a CY<\/strong><br>Standardn\u00ed strukturovan\u00e1 v\u00fdpl\u0148 nen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vhodn\u00e1 pro pou\u017eit\u00ed v laboratorn\u00edch kolon\u00e1ch o pr\u016fm\u011bru men\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 50 mm. Laboratorn\u00ed v\u00fdpln\u011b jsou speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017eeny pro tento \u00fa\u010del. Mezi nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159ednosti pat\u0159\u00ed mal\u00e1 tlakov\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pou\u017eit\u00ed:<br><\/strong>\u2013 Laboratorn\u00ed kolony od 20 do 80 mm<br>\u2013 Vakuum od 1 mbar<br>\u2013 Pokud je vy\u017eadov\u00e1n velk\u00fd po\u010det teoretick\u00fdch pater (DX, EX)<br>\u2013 Destilace slo\u017eek n\u00e1chyln\u00fdch k rozkladu<br>\u2013 P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 posouzen\u00ed separa\u010dn\u00edho \u00fakolu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Typ EX:<br><\/strong>\u2013 Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u010det teoretick\u00fdch stup\u0148\u016f, p\u0159i velmi n\u00edzk\u00e9m zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kapalinou<br>\u2013 Mal\u00e1 z\u00e1dr\u017e<br>\u2013 T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvojn\u00e1sobn\u00e1 kapacita ne\u017e u dr\u00e1t\u011bn\u00fdch ok (3 x 3 mm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Typ DX:<br><\/strong>Tato v\u00fdpl\u0148 m\u00e1 hrub\u0161\u00ed strukturu, a tud\u00ed\u017e ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed po\u010det teoretick\u00fdch stup\u0148\u016f. Je vhodn\u00e1 pro laboratorn\u00ed kolony, kde je vy\u017eadov\u00e1n men\u0161\u00ed po\u010det teoretick\u00fdch pater spolu s n\u00edzk\u00fdm poklesem tlaku a vysokou kapacitou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed strukturovan\u00e1 v\u00fdpl\u0148<\/strong><br>Strukturovan\u00e1 vestavba\u00a0 je d\u00edky jedine\u010dn\u00fdm hydraulick\u00fdm a transportn\u00edm charakteristik\u00e1m nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed strukturovan\u00e1 v\u00fdpl\u0148 na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b. M\u00e1 osv\u011bd\u010den\u00e9 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky v kolon\u00e1ch o pr\u016fm\u011bru a\u017e do 15 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vlastnosti:<br><\/strong>\u2013 Tlakov\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta na jedno teoretick\u00e9 patro 0.3 1.0 mbar<br>\u2013 Tlakov\u00e1 ztr\u00e1ta p\u0159i 70 80% zahlcen\u00ed asi 2 mbar\/m<br>\u2013 Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed hustota zkr\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed cca. 0,2 m3\/m2h<br>\u2013 Maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hustota zkr\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a\u017e do v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 m3\/m2h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>High-Capacity Packing&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vysoce kapacitn\u00ed vestavba nap\u0159. typ MellapakPlus od firmy SULZER p\u0159edstavuje inovovanou, strukturovanou v\u00fdpl\u0148. M\u00e1 obvykle o 25 a\u017e 30% v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed kapacitu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s konven\u010dn\u00ed strukturovanou v\u00fdpln\u00ed, a to d\u00edky geometrick\u00e9mu designu jednotliv\u00fdch segment\u016f.&nbsp; Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou t\u00e9to geometrick\u00e9 \u00fapravy je, \u017ee tok p\u00e1r hladce m\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011br proud\u011bn\u00ed.&nbsp; Na rozhran\u00ed je tok p\u00e1ry t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 rovnob\u011b\u017en\u00fd se svislou osou kolony. Rychlost plynu je proto o cca 25 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rychlost\u00ed uvnit\u0159 v\u00fdpln\u011b.&nbsp; Oba tyto faktory maj\u00ed nav\u00edc za d\u016fsledek sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed tlakov\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti prvku v\u00fdpln\u011b jsou geometrick\u00e9 vlastnosti MellapakPlus a Mellapak toto\u017en\u00e9. Speci\u00e1ln\u00ed g\u00e1zov\u00e1 struktura poskytuje velmi dobrou sm\u00e1\u010divost, a to i ve vodn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech. Tato v\u00fdpl\u0148 se prim\u00e1rn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro kolony s n\u00edzk\u00fdm zat\u00ed\u017een\u00edm kapalinou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Grid vestavby<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U typu Grid vestavby je kombinov\u00e1na \u00fa\u010dinnost strukturovan\u00e9 v\u00fdpln\u011b s mechanickou odolnost\u00ed m\u0159\u00ed\u017eky. Tento typ se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tam, kde svou holi hraje mechanick\u00e1 pevnost strukturovan\u00fdch v\u00fdpln\u00ed nebo v oblasti kde se vyskytuje koksov\u00e1n\u00ed na kter\u00e9 d\u00edky geometrick\u00e9 struktu\u0159e nen\u00ed citliv\u00fd.
