We have just completed the delivery of our first SCH 400\/180 SC centrifuge to France - a project that perfectly demonstrates what \u201ecustom engineering\" means in practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This centrifuge is heated by steam to the exact process temperature specified by the customer, which presented one of the main engineering challenges: selecting materials\u2014including the filter media\u2014that could withstand the required temperature, cleaning cycles, and chemical environment. This also required redesigning several parts of the machine and coordinating dozens of technical details with our partner FE by France Evaporation.
Thanks to our fast and precise design team (our chief designer likes to say that we are \ud835\udc22\ud835\udc27\ud835\udc1d\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc25 \ud835\udc1c\ud835\udc2e\ud835\udc2c\ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc26 \ud835\udc2d\ud835\udc1a\ud835\udc22\ud835\udc25\ud835\udc28\ud835\udc2b\ud835\udc2c) we went from concept to delivery in just six months!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Halfway through the project, the customer faced another challenge:
They needed a special product separator to be installed downstream of the centrifuge. Our team designed it, manufactured it (see photo \ud83d\udc47), and delivered it along with the centrifuge\u2014without delaying the project. The customer decided to supply their own drive, so we recommended the right type and tested the separator with their drive during the FAT. Everything worked perfectly.
This is a great example of how close collaboration, technical flexibility, and quick decision-making can lead to a clean and smooth project completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
