SCVB - SULTRADE CENTRIFUGE VERTICAL BOTTOM
SCVB type centrifuges for chemical applications, i.e. bottom-emptying centrifuges, are manufactured with high load and performance requirements in mind. SCVBs are manufactured in a highly variable design of the centrifuge itself and its accessories. The SCVB type centrifuges are manufactured for corrosive products with the possibility of designing for explosive environments for gases e.g. Ex II 2G IIC T4 or dusts Ex II 2D IIIB.
The SULTRADE gypsum centrifuges are installed in the dewatering lines for gypsum from flue gas desulphurisation in the power industry (ENERGY SURGE) and in the dewatering lines for gypsum from sulphuric acid neutralisation (CHEMOSURGE)

SULTRADE gypsum centrifuges are available in both rubberised and all-stainless steel versions, ranging from drum diameters of 630 mm up to drum diameters of 1800 mm.

SULTRADE gypsum centrifuges are fully automatic with the linking of the individual machine control system to the dewatering line control system with the possibility of full sharing and access to real-time information on operating conditions. The centrifuge can also be supplied without an individual control system, being fully controlled from the dewatering line control system. These centrifuges can be supplied with all necessary accessories, including assembly and installation work by the operator (turnkey delivery).

Optional centrifuge design and accessories can be:
